Job summary

Rexel USA seeks a Warehouse Associate I for the Platt team in Seattle, WA. You will efficiently fill customer orders, receive and stock materials, and ship products while upholding safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include handling receipts, preparing branch orders, operating forklifts and related equipment, performing routine maintenance, and supporting warehouse transactions. No deliveries are required; candidates should value teamwork, reliability, and continuous

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience a plus.
• Forklift certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive material from vendors and verify quantities against packing lists.
• Stock and organize inventory on designated shelves.
• Prepare branch orders and ensure correct quantity and type of product is shipped.
• Process shipment paperwork and apply proper postage, labels, and shipping instructions.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, reach truck, wire cutting machine) as needed.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support counter sales or customer service as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
