Deckers Outdoor Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate I for our Distribution Center in the US Midwest. You will learn basic warehouse functions and equipment operation, including CAJA robotic system, RF gun, and packing/picking processes to support multiple departments.

This entry-level role emphasizes safety, daily goal achievement, and potential progression to Warehouse Associate II within the company. Training will be provided to build fundamental skills for warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/bend/walk repeatedly.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and learn to operate equipment.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence.
• Willingness to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Essential job functions include general housekeeping and maintaining a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Cross-training in other functions/departments as needed.
