Job summary

Deckers Outdoor Corporation is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate I for our distribution center. You will learn basic warehouse functions and safety protocols while supporting multiple departments.

Training includes CAJA robotic system, RF Scanner, and other equipment to help you succeed. You will participate in daily goal setting, team activities, and potential cross-training to advance toward Warehouse Associate II responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to learn operating RF Scanner and related equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and holidays as needed.
• Basic reading and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean, sanitary workspace.
• Cross-train in other functions/departments as needed.
• Operate RF Scanner and equipment per training.
• Support safety guidelines and daily goals within the distribution center.
