Deckers Brands in Indiana's Midwest Distribution Center is hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate I. You will learn basic warehouse duties, operate RF scanners, and support multiple departments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, read and write simple correspondence, and work overtime as needed. Competitive pay ranges from $18.08 to $20.34 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry level role for those with little to no warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to read and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Perform general housekeeping in warehouse areas and maintain a clean environment.
• Cross-train in other functions as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and work with the RF scanner to process items.
