Deckers Brands is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our United States Distribution Center. You will operate industrial equipment, read pick tickets, pick and pack orders, and load shipments to the packing area with accuracy and safety in mind.

Qualifications

• Reads pick tickets and follows picking procedures.
• Works safely with forklifts and stock-pickers in a distribution center.
• Requires basic math and ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial equipment to move and load materials.
• Read and classify pick tickets to ensure correct product location.
• Pick, pack and prepare items for shipping; verify orders for accuracy.
• Move products to packing area and load/unload trailers as needed.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and accurate workflow in a fast-paced environment.
