Deckers Brands is hiring a Warehouse Associate I for the US8 Midwest Distribution Center to support receiving, picking and packing, with a focus on safety and accuracy.

You will learn to operate RF scanners, follow safety procedures, and cross-train across departments. This entry-level role offers overtime availability, growth opportunities, and a path toward more advanced warehousing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Reads and writes simple correspondences.
• Learns to operate RF scanners and related warehouse tech.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Understands and follows safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Math basics for counting, measuring and inventory tasks.
• Able to absorb training and apply it to daily tasks.
• Capable of following directions and completing assigned duties.
• Team-oriented, dependable and reliable under supervision.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping and clean workspace in assigned areas.
• Cross-training in other functions/departments as needed.
• Operate RF scanner and basic warehouse equipment with training.
• Support picking, packing, receiving and related duties as directed by leadership.
