Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our Sacramento team. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and scan items.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to PPE and safety rules. This role may include occasional driver duties and requires 18+ with a state license.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state issued license required.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE requirements, including weight limits.
• Possibly perform driver duties as assigned.
