Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is seeking an entry-level technician to perform oil changes, fluid checks, and inspections in a team setting. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for advancement across locations.

You will learn the VIOC SuperPro process, assist with light maintenance, and contribute to high-quality service while keeping safety and cleanliness a priority.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
• Achieve SuperPro certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
