No prior experience is required for some locations; on-the-job training is provided and advancement opportunities exist as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns.
• Ability to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
• Attention to detail and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oil changes, filter replacements and lubrication services.
• Inspect vehicles and communicate needed maintenance.
• Perform tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Keep inventory stocked and work area clean.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
