Team Car Care West, LLC (US) in Kennewick, WA is seeking a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and gain certification through our training program. You will assist with oil checks, tire pressures, fluid top-ups, and basic inspections, while delivering excellent guest service and working with a collaborative team in a safety-conscious shop

Qualifications

• 3 months of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles to ensure quality work and guest experience.
• Keep service center clean and presentable and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with oil level checks, tire pressures, and fluid top-offs.
• Document work performed on repair orders and communicate with teammates.
