Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a General Service Technician (GST) for part-time, on-site work. You’ll service guest vehicles, gain certification through our training program, and start in an entry-level role with clear career pathways.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Inspect and report on oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid refill needs.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
