Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is seeking a General Service Technician in Crestwood, IL for a part-time role. You will service guests' vehicles with attention to quality and safety, while participating in our training program to gain service certifications and skills.

The position emphasizes teamwork, customer care, and career growth within the company. As an entry-level GST, you will learn all offered services, maintain a clean work area, and assist senior technicians.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent communication and a team player.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and guest experience in mind.
• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time service during all operating hours.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and service needs.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Document all work on repair orders and follow safety protocols.
