Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube is seeking a General Service Technician to service guests’ vehicles and start a rewarding career with our team. You’ll be trained through our program to perform core services with quality workmanship and guest satisfaction at the forefront.

As an entry-level GST, you’ll gain hands-on experience, receive certification, and enjoy our rewards including competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures, loud environments, and around exhaust fumes.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check oil level and communicate findings to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure is correct and fluids are refilled as needed.
• Inspect and complete vehicle inspection and document all work.
• Report safety issues immediately to management.
• Follow company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and sustained standing.
