Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Vehicle Service Specialist to join a friendly, collaborative team focused on keeping guests safe on the road through top-quality customer service and preventive maintenance.

No prior automotive experience is required; our award-winning training program teaches oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery testing, light/wiper inspection, and an 18-point safety check.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands‑on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.

We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
