Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Muncie, IN is looking for a Vehicle Service Specialist to deliver top-tier customer service while performing preventive maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery tests.

No prior automotive experience is required—the company provides award-winning training. Expect on-site work, weekend availability, and opportunities to advance to a service center manager within 18–24 months.

• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point safety check
• And other preventive maintenance services

• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can:
