Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring a Vehicle Service Specialist to join a friendly, collaborative team. You will help keep guests safe on the road by performing preventive maintenance and top-tier service, with comprehensive training provided upon entry.

Qualifications

• Ability to review, read, and understand training materials and safety procedures.
• Strong communication in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance tasks.
• Check and refill fluids as needed.
• Rotate tires and inspect tires and wheels.
• Test and replace batteries when necessary.
• Inspect lights and wipers and perform an 18-point safety check.
• Assist with other preventive maintenance services as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you’ll need to keep moving forwardFrom day one, you’ll get hands‑on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician. All you need to do is bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for learning—and we’ll help you every step of the way.We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
