Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring a Vehicle Service Specialist in Dublin, OH. You’ll deliver friendly, customer-focused service while performing maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, and basic inspections with our training program.

No prior automotive experience is required—our award-winning training will teach you to perform essential maintenance and safety checks while supporting guests and maintaining a safe environment.

QUALIFICATIONS: What you’ll need to keep moving forward

From day one, you’ll get hands‑on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician. All you need to do is bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for learning—and we’ll help you every step of the way. We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
