Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring Vehicle Service Specialists at our Avon, IN location. You’ll join a friendly, team-based environment and help keep guests safe on the road by delivering quick, high-quality service.

No automotive experience required—our award-winning training teaches you how to change oil, check fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, and perform an 18-point safety check. Eligible for benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance.

Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top-tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.

Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point safety check
• And other preventive maintenance services

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
