White Tail Automation in Midland, TX is seeking an Entry Level Valve Services Technician to learn inspection, testing, and repair of pressure relief valves alongside experienced professionals. This role provides hands-on training in both shop and field environments, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and committed to safety and quality workmanship while supporting a team-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow procedures, safety standards, and technical instructions.
• Willingness to learn valve testing, calibration, and repair techniques.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shop and field environments, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
