Zusammenfassung

Hiredbuddy is seeking an entry-level User Experience Designer to join our remote-first product team. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to shape intuitive web and mobile experiences.

You'll own design tasks from research through implementation, participate in design critiques, maintain our design system, and ensure accessible, inclusive interfaces. Mentorship and a clear growth path support your early career.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 0–2 years of UX or product design experience (internships count).
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end concepts is a plus.
• Experience with design systems or accessibility considerations is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across all product surfaces.
• Assist in analyzing user analytics and A/B test results to inform design decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design tools.
• Document design decisions and rationale for future reference.
• Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive, following WCAG guidelines.
