Job summary

Staffmark in Loveland, OH is hiring a Truss Builder to join our manufacturing team. You will build wall panels and roof trusses, follow production schedules, and learn entry-level carpentry through on-the-job training in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires safety-conscious teamwork; you will operate hand and power tools, inspect materials, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Previous experience is welcomed but not required, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and a schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and accurately measure materials.
• Basic math skills and the ability to use hand tools and measuring devices.
• Willingness to learn entry-level carpentry and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build wall panels and roof trusses in a manufacturing production environment.
• Assist with the assembly and fabrication of construction components according to specifications.
• Learn and apply entry-level carpentry skills through on-the-job training.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Participate in monthly safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects from concept through final production.
• Inspect materials and finished products to help ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
