Responsibilities

• Review margins and tariffs to ensure profitability.
• Negotiate rates within budgeted freight margin with carriers.
• Maintain data integrity: update rates and capacities.
• Tender loads at agreed rates and keep records for line haul.
• Evaluate lanes using on-time data and DAT Market rates.
• Develop and maintain carrier/broker relationships.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
• Process accessorial requests within 48 hours.
