Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on repair work.
• Willingness to learn trailer systems including wiring, brakes, axles and suspensions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Dependable work habits and strong safety focus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
• Prior experience as a helper, lube tech, shop assistant, or similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical, electrical, brake, axle, and wiring repairs under supervision.
• Perform basic inspections and identify wear or safety issues.
• Support installation of parts, accessories, and equipment.
• Help prepare trailers for customer pickup and service completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
