Dynamic Dies in Holland, Ohio is hiring Production Manufacturing Associates. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Training is provided; no prior experience required. You will learn to create custom tooling and operate printing plate equipment while performing quality checks and measurements.

You will work hands-on, use measuring tools, and help maintain a safe, efficient production area. Advancement opportunities and benefits are available as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• The ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions is essential.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Willingness to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn custom tooling processes and participate in the manufacturing of printing plates and tooling.
• Set up and operate equipment safely during production.
• Inspect products and verify dimensions against specifications.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to identify and correct quality issues.
