Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation's largest family-owned tire retailer, is seeking a Tire Technician in Chattanooga to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles.

You'll receive hands-on training, work with balancers and tire machines, and help maintain a safe, customer-focused shop. This role offers weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a path to more advanced positions within our growing company.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service, and meet the customer needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
