Flynn's Tire Group in Erie, PA is hiring Tire Technicians at our Peach Street location. No automotive experience or degree is required, and we provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs grow within our organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on skills.
