Flynn’s Tire in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring Tire Technicians for our North Hills location. No automotive experience or degree is required, and we provide comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help Tire Techs succeed and grow within our organization.

Qualifications

• MVR and background check required.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.
• Ability to lift 20-80 lbs.
• No experience required; degree not required (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
