Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation's largest family-owned tire & service retailer, is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training to build the skills for more advanced roles.

As part of the team, you will operate balancers and tire machines, complete work orders accurately, maintain the shop and equipment, and assist customers and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
