Job summary

Tire Discounters in the United States is seeking an Entry Level Tire Technician to join our family. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles with hands-on training designed to build skills for more advanced roles.

Responsibilities include installing tires, operating balancers and tire machines, completing work orders, keeping the shop organized, assisting customers and co-workers, and delivering outstanding service while maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
