Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician in Kentucky to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This hands-on role includes on-the-job training to develop skills for more advanced positions.

You will work on-site, operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and assist customers while maintaining a safe, collaborative shop environment. Competitive hourly pay includes overtime and a monthly store bonus.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 + per hour effective rate including overtime and monthly store bonus.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
