Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician to join our Richmond-area team. This role focuses on replacing, repairing and rotating tires with hands-on training to build your skills for advanced roles.

You will install and repair tires, operate balancers and tire machines, and complete work orders while providing excellent customer service in a safe, team-focused shop environment.

Formación

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

Compensation & Perks

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
• Paid Weekly
