Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician to learn hands-on tire installation, balancing, and repair on customer vehicles. You'll receive thorough training and have opportunities for advancement along a defined career path while working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious shop.

As part of a family-owned retailer, you’ll contribute to great customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, well-organized shop. Weekend availability is required and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Stand long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.

Compensation & Perks

• Effective Pay: $14.00-$16.00+ per hour
• Your effort pays off. Earn additional income through overtime and weekly commission opportunities.
