Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an entry-level Tire Technician to join the team and help replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles in a fast-paced shop. You’ll receive hands-on training designed to build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair tires.

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
• Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
• Paid weekly
