Job summary

Tire Discounters, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician in the United States. The role focuses on replacing, repairing, and rotating tires with hands-on training to develop skills for more advanced positions.

You will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and keep the shop organized while delivering excellent customer service. Growth paths include advancing to senior tire technician and service roles with a strong team culture.

Qualifications

Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role As An Entry Level Tire Technician

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

Compensation & Perks

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 + per hour effective rate
Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus
Paid weekly
