Job summary

Tire Discounters is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician in Middletown, OH. You’ll learn to replace, repair and rotate tires with hands-on training designed to build skills for more advanced roles.

You will operate tire balancers and machines, complete work orders, and maintain the shop while delivering friendly service that meets customer needs. We offer overtime and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour; includes overtime and monthly store bonus.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.
