Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an Advance Tire Technician in Louisville, KY. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles, with hands-on training geared toward progressing to more advanced roles.

Compensation starts at $14.00–$16.00 per hour, with a pay rate that includes overtime and weekly commission on Tire services. The position offers a paid weekly schedule and opportunities for growth within a growing, family-owned retailer.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.

Your Role as an Advance Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.
