Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire and service retailer, is hiring an Entry Level Tire Technician. You’ll learn to replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles with hands-on training and mentorship in a fast-paced shop.

You’ll gain practical skills with tire installation, balancers and tire machines, while delivering friendly, reliable service and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Saturdays are required; overtime and weekly commissions offered.

Qualifications

Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Team collaboration and ability to follow instructions.
Able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands-on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You\'ll Do:

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

Requirements
