Job summary

Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire and service retailer, is hiring an entry-level Tire Technician in the Glen Este area. You’ll replace, repair, and rotate tires with hands-on training to build skills for advanced roles.

Responsibilities include tire installation, balancing, and machine operation, along with accurate work orders and shop upkeep. The role focuses on safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
Available to work Saturdays.
Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

Install and repair tires.
Operate balancers and tire machines.
Complete work orders accurately.
Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.

Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Effective Pay: $14.00–$16.00+ per hour
