Job summary

Tire Discounters is seeking an entry-level Tire Technician to join our Service Team. You will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles and receive hands-on training designed to build skills for advanced roles.

You will work in a shop setting, performing tire-related tasks, maintaining equipment, and delivering a WOW customer experience. Competitive pay and growth opportunities await in a family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide friendly, helpful service to customers.

• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Weekend availability (Saturdays) required.

Responsibilities

Your Role as an Entry Level Tire Technician:

As a Tire Technician, you'll play a key role in replacing, repairing, and rotating tires on customer vehicles. This position offers hands‑on training geared towards helping you build the skills needed for more advanced roles.

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair tires.
• Operate balancers and tire machines.
• Complete work orders accurately.
• Maintain and organize the shop and equipment.
• Assist customers and co-workers as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service by meeting the customers' needs.
• Promote a safe and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Available to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).
• Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions.
• Pay: $14.00 - $16.00+ per hour
