Collins Aerospace is seeking an entry-level Test Sustainment Engineer to support production test systems in our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location. This onsite role targets recent graduates and early-career professionals aiming to grow in test engineering, manufacturing, automation, and equipment sustainment.

The position involves troubleshooting, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with multiple technical teams, with travel to other sites (Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois) up to 25%

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of experience.
• Prior internship or co-op in electronics/test engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience communicating in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting and recovery of production test systems and equipment.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions for test issues.
• Maintain test system documentation, configurations, and records.
• Collect and analyze test data to identify failures and improvement opportunities.
• Support test equipment upgrades, software changes, and obsolescence activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, IT/OT and other teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement for test-system reliability and factory capability.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support across locations as needed.
• Travel up to 25% to other sites for on-site support.
