Job summary

This hands-on role offers exposure to optics, electronics, mechanics, and software within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Non-exempt role with hourly pay of 32–37 USD.

Qualifications

• Associate/technical degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Basic knowledge of optical, mechanical, and electrical testing equipment.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform system integration, alignment, and final testing of X-ray microscopy products.
• Troubleshoot optical, electrical, mechanical, and software issues during system testing.
• Ensure systems meet performance, quality, and customer specifications before shipment.
• Support engineering change processes and maintain testing documentation.
• Follow detailed test procedures while meeting production schedules.
