Job summary

Union State Bank is seeking an entry-level Teller to provide prompt, accurate customer service at a teller window or drive-up. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and related banking services, balance cash daily, and cross-sell bank products.

This role requires high school diploma or equivalent, cash handling experience, and bilingual (Spanish/English) communication abilities. Weekend rotation and occasional branch travel are possible.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Service customer accounts by completing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing and related transactions.
• Balance daily and maintain required cash on hand.
• Cross-sell bank products and services.
• Assist with ATM balancing and issue resolution.
• Answer inquiries on Internet Banking and Debit/ATM Card questions.
• Refer customers to bank staff for specialized needs.
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
