Job summary

AutoNation Inc. is seeking an Express Service Technician in Fort Worth, TX. You will perform vehicle maintenance per repair orders, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. This role emphasizes efficient service with adherence to dealer and factory standards.

You should have a High School diploma or equivalent, and prior express/quick lube experience is preferred. A valid Texas driver’s license and a safe driving record are required to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience as express/quick lube technician preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance per repair order, in line with dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer updates.
• Document work performed on each vehicle accurately on the repair order.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and participate in training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Performing vehicle maintenance work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards, to drive Customer loyalty.
• Communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.
• Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
