AutoNation in Plano, TX is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform scheduled maintenance and basic repair work, while building trust with customers and ensuring vehicle safety and reliability. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle in the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins and participate in training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
