Campers Inn RV is looking for an Entry Level RV Technician to join our team! We provide free basic tools to keep after 12 months of employment! No experience necessary! With our in-house technician training program, you will learn valuable on-the-job skills immediately. This role assists in diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, and repairing recreational vehicles, including travel trailers.

Essential Job Functions

• This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, battery checks, and lubrication.
• Raise RVs using hydraulic jacks or hoists.
• Inspect, test, and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
• Verify dimensions and clearances to meet specifications.
• Assist in repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Ability to learn OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels and with customers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Compliance with OSHA protective clothing and equipment regulations.
• Ability to handle petroleum products, solvents, and chemicals safely.
• Ability to move RVs of various sizes and perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and bending.
• Stand for long periods and reach above shoulders as needed.
