Job summary

Rockwell Automation is hiring an Associate Technical Sales Specialist who will respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests, highlighting capabilities of our portfolio to customers. You will support pre-sales activities and coordinate with product teams within a defined geography.

Early-career role with formal training, rotation into field service engineering, and mentorship from a domain expert manager. Requires a Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.
• Must be location flexible.
• A valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospect emails, phone calls, and demo requests highlighting the capability and benefits of Rockwell Automation products to customers.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for a defined range of products within a geography and act as a local interface with Tech Support.
• participate in formal training and rotate through field service engineering groups to gain hands-on experience with Rockwell products.
