Job summary

Microspec Corporation is seeking a Junior Technical Sales Representative to support RFQ intake, quotations, and order coordination. You will translate customer design parameters into clear internal requirements and work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams under guidance.

This entry-level role provides technical and commercial training in medical extrusion products, ISO guidelines, and costumer service.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or early career roles.
• Exposure to regulated manufacturing environments and ISO 13485 guidelines preferred.
• Basic ability to read 2D technical drawings, blueprints, dimensions and tolerances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience a plus.
• Strong math, technical writing, verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist RFQ lifecycle, quotations, order coordination and customer communication.
• Translate design parameters into internal project requirements.
• Maintain Sales Quote log and CRM/ERP records for active projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and Sales teams.
