Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sociable client-facing experience with screening and submitting candidates.
• Ability to adhere to the designated in-office work model.
• Experience sourcing and presenting candidates with market context.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to clients by sharing market insights, talent trends, and consultative hiring guidance.
• Assess and challenge client requirements, proposing alternatives that reflect market realities and talent availability.
• Support hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations grounded in skill-set understanding and market conditions.
• Independently prioritize and manage recruiting workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Source and recruit candidates using LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Indeed, and Bullhorn.
• Coordinate interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams from scheduling to confirmations.
• Maintain accurate ATS records in Bullhorn and update candidate activity history.
• Manage contractor and consultant relationships across assignment lifecycles with ongoing feedback.
