Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related field.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventories in line with standards (GHG Protocol).
• Identify decarbonization mechanisms and technologies (energy efficiency, renewables, CCUS, hydrogen).
• Contribute to sector-specific mitigation strategies (e.g., shore power, fleet electrification).
• Model GHG reduction scenarios and set science-based targets.
• Analyze sustainability data to inform strategy and action plans.
• Prioritize emissions reduction actions by feasibility, cost-benefit, and impact.
• Support climate risk assessments and communicate findings from climate models.
• Evaluate resilience strategies for hazards and adaptation.
• Contribute to resilience planning frameworks.
• Conduct research to support strategy formulation and client deliverables.
• Prepare client reports, memos, and presentations; participate in meetings.
• Stay current on disclosure frameworks (CDP, TCFD, SBTi) and ESG tracking.
