Job summary

MercyOne Medical Group in Dubuque, IA is hiring a full-time Supply Clerk for a day shift. You will support inventory, data entry, and basic service fulfillment across patient-facing and back-office areas. Duties include handling equipment requests, stocking supplies, PAR replenishment, and frontline ordering/data entry.

About 70% of time is spent on inventory and data tasks; work with the Supply Leader. Requirements: high school diploma; healthcare supply experience is a plus; schedule

• Healthcare supply, warehousing, or distribution experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Requests, receives, and distributes equipment and manages obsolescence; stocks general med-surg supplies.
• Works with end users to request supplies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintains clean, organized, and safe storage areas and equipment.
• Performs PAR level replenishment to maintain stock levels.
• Acts as frontline supply support for ordering, data entry, and payment activities.
• Assists Supply Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time dedicated to inventory or data support.

Position Purpose:

Performs essential base-level tasks and functions related to service fulfillment, disinfection & sanitation in patient facing, ancillary or back-office areas Provides service, support & colleague or customer support in accordance with level of experience, education, regulatory agency standards & established policies & procedures. Conducts daily functions in a compassionate, ethical & respectful manner. Supports patients, families & guests in exceeding their expectations. Demonstrates the ability to deliver personalized care & service unique to the patients' & families' expectations / needs.

What you will do:

• Duties include requesting, receiving, distributing equipment & obsolescence management & stocking of general med-surg supplies in various healthcare settings.
• Works with end users as necessary to request supplies, troubleshoot supply issues, & resolve discrepancies as they occur.
• Maintains work & supply storage areas & equipment in a clean, up to date, organized & safe condition
• Performs periodic PAR level replenishment duties using various resupply procedures to maintain stock levels
• Serves as a frontline Supply support representative for ordering, data entry & payment activities.
• Assists Supply Leader with special assignments.
• 70%+ time provide inventory or data support
  

Hours/Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Weekend rotation approximately every 5th weekend.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Have received a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to complete additional education, training and competency tests as required.
  

Additional Qualifications (nice to have):

• Previous Supply experience in a healthcare, warehousing, or other distribution environment.
